Originally from Murray, Kentucky, Laura earned her B.S. in Business with a focus in Marketing from Murray State University. Laura brings over thirty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in revenue cycle and operations. Drawn by SVMIC’s exceptional reputation within the local healthcare sector, she was excited to join the team in a role that perfectly aligned with her analytical expertise and industry knowledge. Joining SVMIC has been a rewarding chapter in Laura’s career.
Beyond her work with SVMIC, Laura is passionate about wildlife, particularly birds, bees, and butterflies. She has spent decades monitoring bluebird nesting and actively supporting efforts to protect the monarch butterfly population, which is one of her proudest accomplishments. She cherishes time with her large, lively family, including 7 grandchildren!
