Cathryn is a graduate of Saint Ambrose University where she earned an M.S. degree in Organizational Leadership. Throughout her career, Cathryn has recognized that one of the most significant challenges for HR and organizational leaders is perspective – specifically, how employees perceive HR within the organization and how to maintain a balanced view of business priorities and overall goals. She addresses this challenge by actively seeking feedback, fostering collaboration, building trust over time, utilizing available resources, and applying an unbiased, integrity-driven approach to every aspect of her work.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Cathryn is dedicated to personal development, community involvement, and creative expression. She serves as an Advisory Board member for a Women in Leadership program and volunteers with United Way Greater Nashville. Cathryn loves animals, enjoys reading, and loves to attend the ballet and art galleries. She believes that no matter where life takes us, with curiosity, humility, hard work, and the right perspective, great things can be achieved - a philosophy that has guided both her personal and professional life.
