Despite the inherent volatility of claims activity, investment markets, and economic cycles, Michael is committed to managing these challenges while maintaining a consistent and exceptional experience for policyholders. In his personal life, Michael enjoys playing tennis, is an avid sports fan, and enjoys supporting his three young adult children in all their endeavors.
