Tom, originally from Nevada, Missouri holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Maryville University and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. As Vice President of Actuarial and Business Analytics at SVMIC, Tom leverages his expertise to navigate complex market conditions and drive strategic decisions. In addition to his technical skills, Tom is passionate about developing and mentoring a high-performing and skilled team at SVMIC. Together, they use data-driven insights to support the company’s business objectives and work closely with policyholder-facing teams to ensure ongoing success across the organization.
Outside of work, Tom can be found cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, listening to music, watching TV and movies, and spending quality time with his family.
